This website (susoul.co.uk) is owned and operated by Catherine Mullan (“Cat,” “SuSoul,” “I,” “me”). By booking a session or event with SuSoul, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received in full via my online booking system. Prices are listed in GBP.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund or free rebooking. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of your session are non-refundable. If I need to cancel or reschedule your session for any reason, you will always be offered a full refund or a free rebooking.

3. Your Health
It’s your responsibility to let me know about any relevant health conditions, injuries, or concerns via the intake form provided when you book, so your session can be tailored safely. Reiki, sound baths, and Yoga Nidra are complementary wellness practices, not medical treatment, and are not a substitute for advice from a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional. If you have any doubts about whether a session is suitable for you, please consult your GP or healthcare provider beforehand, or get in touch with me directly.

4. Venue Access
Some sessions take place at venues with stairs or uneven outdoor access. Details are provided ahead of your session, and I ask that you let me know in advance of any mobility needs so I can help make sure everything is comfortable for you.

5. My Liability to You
I take reasonable care to provide sessions safely and to a good standard. I’m not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in a session, except where caused by my negligence. Personal belongings brought to a venue are your own responsibility.

6. Amendments by Me
Occasionally I may need to make changes to a session — for example the venue, timing, or practitioner. Where a significant change is necessary, I’ll let you know as soon as possible.

7. Complaints
If anything isn’t right, please get in touch directly and I’ll do my best to put things right.

8. Photography
Group sessions may occasionally be photographed for SuSoul’s own marketing (e.g. Instagram). If you’d rather not be included, just let me know beforehand and I’ll make sure you’re kept out of shot.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
